About the Traineeships

The Victorian Council of Social Service has been funded by the Victorian Government to deliver two new traineeship programs:

  • The Innovative Traineeship Program for the Western Melbourne and Gippsland regions, funded by the Department of Education and Training
  • The Community Traineeship Pilot Program for young people aged 15-24 living in the Hume and Dandenong regions, funded by Jobs Victoria.

Both programs are working to address the increasing demand for qualified community services workers. Click the program for your region below to learn more.
